Welcome to the Global-BSC Systems Joint Venture (Global-BSC) Veterans Technology Services (VETS) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) information portal. Global-BSC has been selected as one of the prime contractors for the VETS GWAC (Click here to view a copy of our VETS GWAC Contract Award Document).
The VETS GWAC is a competitive multiple award, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract designed to provide worldwide information technology solutions to all federal agencies while strengthening opportunities in federal contracting for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. The VETS GWAC is open to ALL FEDERAL AGENCIES for the purchase of services within the VETS GWAC Functional Areas.
This contract offers advantages to pre-qualified service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses by providing opportunities to compete amongst a smaller group of contract holders, allowing self-marketing opportunities and a chance to develop their businesses before moving into larger acquisition environments.

Structure and Organization of this Information Portal |

As a service-disabled veteran-owned organization, we are sensitive to and supportive of access to information by all users. This Portal has been designed to help ensure that information is accessible to the users of this portal from, both, how information has been organized and presented, as well as, ensuring its content is accessible and compliant with Section 508 requirements .
The Global-BSC VETS GWAC Information Portal is made up of three content areas or portals:
- The VETS GWAC Information Portal (VETS GWAC Portal)
- The Acquisition Information Portal (Acquisition Portal)
- The Global-BSC Teammate Portal (Teammate Portal)
Each of these portals organizes and provides specific information about the Global-BSC VETS GWAC Contract based on the unique needs of each area's primary users. While all three of these portals make up the Global-BSC VETS GWAC Information Portal, each of them has been developed as its own distinct site that shares information with the other sites to act as one comprehensive site.
